For a while now I have been attempting to draw Cherubim of various kinds, with the vague hope of eventually doing a large canvas. This picture is a sketch in pencil, gouache, ink and marker. Mostly these days I get the most pleasure out of mixed media pieces - they're generally easier to conceive of and create.
