Kelindel, Iltyr Arcanist and bard to the Queen of Ruatha, desired a mechanical device that she could throw at her enemies in the event of attack. A mixture of whirring blades and spinning horror, she explained the concept to the naive Iltyr Mechanist Sithen as a 'reflex testing device'. Inspired by the idea of this interesting little amusement, Sithen the toymaker drew up a series of plans. This is one.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
